On the morning of October 28th, a delegation from Anáhuac University Querétaro (Mexico) and the Haizhichen Group visited our school and held a cooperative exchange meeting. Zhang Fen, Party Secretary of our school, Mtro. Víctor Hugo Velázquez Mendoza, Chief Financial Officer of Anáhuac University Querétaro, and Chen Dong, Chairman of the Haizhichen Group, among others, participated in the event.

At the exchange meeting, Zhang Fen delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the school. She pointed out that Huazhong University of Science and Technology always prioritizes serving national strategic needs and possesses profound disciplinary accumulation and talent advantages in fields such as intelligent manufacturing and mechanical engineering. Noting that Anáhuac University is a renowned private university in Mexico and the Haizhichen Group also has extensive experience in industrial vision and intelligent manufacturing, she stated that tripartite cooperation will help promote the deep integration of higher education and industrial innovation between China and Mexico.
Mtro. Víctor Hugo Velázquez Mendoza expressed his gratitude for the warm reception from the school. He mentioned that Anáhuac University highly values cooperation with Huazhong University of Science and Technology and hopes to use this visit as an opportunity to launch substantive collaboration in areas such as faculty and student exchanges, scientific research cooperation, and joint curriculum development in the future.

Subsequently, Chen Dong introduced the development of the Haizhichen Group in industrial vision, intelligent equipment, and other fields. He expressed the Group's willingness to actively promote school-enterprise cooperation and build a collaborative innovation platform integrating industry, academia, and research between China and Mexico.

Professor Li Wenlong and Dr. Xu Wei from our school presented the school's scientific research progress in intelligent manufacturing and precision measurement. The participating representatives engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including talent cultivation and technical cooperation, and learned about our school's achievements in research platform construction and experimental teaching.
This visit laid a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation between our school, the Mexican university, and the relevant enterprise. The three parties will jointly explore cooperation mechanisms in talent cultivation, scientific research innovation, international exchanges, and other areas, contributing to the high-quality development of the global manufacturing industry and the cultivation of internationalized innovative talents.
