From the moment I arrived at HUST, I felt something special: an atmosphere of excellence, warmth, and genuine care. The summer school was not just well-organized, it was designed with purpose, with every activity reflecting both academic rigor and respect for the students’ comfort and growth.
Whether we were in lecture halls, labs, companies, or cultural spaces, everything ran smoothly and professionally. The facilities were top-notch, and the volunteers were always present, friendly, and willing to help. I was especially impressed by the professors - they were not only leading researchers with remarkable academic achievements, but also approachable and truly passionate about teaching.
The campus life left a deep impression on me. It’s hard to describe how convenient and vibrant life feels here. The university has everything: multiple canteens with delicious food, impressive sports facilities, and a forest-like environment full of greenery and calm. It felt like a city of its own, designed for focus, growth, and well-being.
One of my most unforgettable experiences was playing badminton with our volunteers in a huge venue, with more than 30 courts (the biggest I’ve ever seen!). Thanks to that moment, I was invited to train with the MSE badminton team, where I was warmly welcomed by students and especially professors who play regularly. I want to express my deep gratitude to Teacher Gan and Prof. Wan Li for introducing me and making me feel part of the community. Their kindness meant a lot to me.
Another special moment was being invited to share my story and aspirations in a short interview, supported by Ms. Yan Wei. That led to an opportunity to appear in a video produced by Hubei Broadcasting and Television Station. I’m truly grateful and honored to have shared my journey and passion on such an important platform.

Before coming to HUST, I already had a strong interest in China. But this experience turned that interest into something much deeper. I now feel personally connected to the people, the language, the culture, and the environment. I am more determined than ever to return here for future studies. The motivation to improve myself - academically, culturally, and personally - has never been stronger. Thank you, HUST, for this life-changing opportunity!
