When I got out of Wuhan Tianhe international airport for the first time, I could only gasp. The city I was looking at is very organized. Coming into the university, everything looks green. I passed several supermarkets, sports fields, shops, and parks. I believe it can be called a mini city for its gigantic size. The dorm I was placed in looks splendid. It featured necessary amenities and furniture. I talked to many classmates from around the world. It was a great experience to exchange words with people who came from different countries.

Nonetheless, my trouble began when I went out to talk to Chinese merchants and servicers. Even though I had some Mandarin classes and words prepared ahead. E.g. I ordered grilled chicken but almost ended up with grilled lamb. Our lectures contained groundbreaking technologies that I have never heard before. I can tell it would be helpful for people in many countries even if some development is still underway. Afternoon cultural activities were also very exciting. I got plenty of lovely handmade souvenirs to present to my family and every professor was very amiable.

During the weekend, I went to Huanghelou, an icon of the city, to see the glamorous history of Wuhan. Although it was hot and sweaty, I recorded every moment to share it with my friends once I am back home.

However, a few days later, I went to get some street food and it suddenly rained right after I got out of the subway. So the plan was changed to somewhere indoor. I had a chance to book a self-driving cab which really fascinated me because I can find this opportunity nowhere else. Additionally, the price is surprisingly cheap. I like that every service here requires applications that contain translation and information for users.

During practical innovation, we had a chance to command industrial robots. I found it easier to understand than I thought. The staff were very helpful and generous. I truly had a good time here and will find a chance to revisit Wuhan in the future. 一言为定.
