The 2025 AI Robot Summer School at MSE HUST was a great chance for me to grow both academically and personally in an international environment. Right from the start, I was part of a lively learning space where students and teachers from different countries came together to share ideas, gain knowledge, and learn more about science and engineering.
The lectures were interesting and connected to real-world problems. I especially enjoyed learning about swarm intelligence, inspired by natural systems like ant colonies It showed me how this idea can be used in areas like robotics and material design. The hands-on sessions, campus tours, and creative activities like painting traditional fans made everything easier to understand.

We also got to visit companies like United Imaging Healthcare, HGTECH, and WHIIID. These trips helped me see how the things we study are used in real jobs and industries.

The HUST campus itself was spacious, green, and full of life. Cycling and riding e-bikes around the tree-lined roads made exploring the university both fun and relaxing.
Exploring Wuhan was another highlight of this trip. Visiting the Yellow Crane Tower gave me a view into the city’s history. Walking along Jianghan Road and the Hankou Waterfront showed me both the busy and quiet sides of the city. Sampling street food at the walking street, where I passed by tram streetcars, introduced me to local flavors and lively markets. I also had the chance to ride the skyrail, which offered a unique perspective of the city. Riding in an autonomous taxi showcased Wuhan’s technological advancements, and a visit to Wuhan Zoo offered a relaxing connection with nature amid the city’s energy.

The MSE Summer School expanded my academic horizons and inspired me to continue pursuing knowledge while building connections across cultures. I return home with not only new knowledge but also lasting memories and friendships.
