I would like to sincerely thank everyone who contributed to making this program at HUST university such an unforgettable experience, especially the group volunteers, professors, and Ms. Coco. This one-month journey was truly one of the most unique and enriching experiences of my life.
The HUST campus was incredibly well equipped, offering everything a student might need and more. From the very beginning, I felt supported by an environment built for learning, exploration, and growth.
What surprised me most were the high-quality lectures. I hadn’t expected that the professors would be so distinguished, many had studied at top universities around the world and worked for prestigious companies like Ford. Their global experience brought exceptional value to our classes. One of the most eye-opening lectures was on autonomous vehicles, or robot taxis. It highlighted the extent to which China is advancing in cutting edge technologies, far beyond what I had imagined and beyond what is commonly seen in many other countries.
The enterprise visits were another highlight. Each visit was well organized and allowed us to explore companies leading in innovation, particularly in the field of AI and medical robotics. These visits ssignificantly expanded my understanding of how AI is transforming industries.
The practical training sessions were, without a doubt, my favorite part of the program. I particularly enjoyed Module 2, which involved programming robots to pick up and place objects. The professor’s guidance was invaluable and helped me grasp the fundamentals of robotics programming.
In addition to academics, I had the chance to explore China, visiting cities like Shanghai and Chongqing. The vibrant culture, modern infrastructure, and welcoming people left a strong impression on me. I’m already planning to return and experience even more of what China has to offer.
