My journey began with an 11-hour flight to Wuhan, China. While on the plane, I was filled with curiosity and excitement about the AI Robotics Summer Camp—wondering what it would be like and whom I would meet. Time seemed to pass slowly in the air, but as soon as I landed, the experience took off.
Upon arrival, volunteers greeted us warmly at the airport with welcome boards. We were taken to the university campus, where we registered for the dormitory and received Chinese SIM cards—with the volunteers’ help throughout the process.

Starting Monday, our lectures began. Each day, I’ve come to understand more clearly why China is a global leader in AI and robotics. Professors have shared their cutting-edge research and the journey that led them to success. Their insights have inspired me to begin my own research in AI robotics.

Outside the classroom, I’ve made friends from many different countries and backgrounds. We often discuss the lectures and exchange ideas, which helps deepen our understanding of the topics.

Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to visit Chongqing City. I recorded a video and uploaded it to my YouTube channel .
Beyond technical learning, I also explored Chinese language and culture. I learned basic phrases, which I practiced with locals—who surprisingly understood me! I can now ask simple questions, like how to buy things in Chinese.
We also experienced cultural workshops like tea ceremonies and calligraphy—thanks to the teachers who explained everything so well.

One highlight was controlling a humanoid robot built in HUST’s university lab. I’ve attached photos of this incredible moment.

This past week has exceeded my expectations. I’ve gained knowledge, friendships, and unforgettable experiences—all thanks to this amazing opportunity.
